Packaging

• We do our best to insure your items are packaged to be weather resistant and secure, while minimizing single use materials.

• Fabric dust bags are not included

Shipping

• All in stock items are shipped within 3 business days via USPS. Delivery times will be approximately 3-6 days from date of USPS acceptance.

• We have no control over your package once it leaves our shop. We are not responsible for delayed packages due to USPS.

Returns

• NO refunds. Returns are for store credit only.

• No returns on sale priced items.

• If you would like to return a full priced item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

• Item must be returned in new (unused) condition. 

• No returns will be accepted after 15 days.

• Please repackage items as received.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Once your return is accepted we will email you a store credit code good towards your next purchase on this website.

We realize our return policy is quite stringent, but this is to ensure that everything you purchase is brand new and of the highest standards. If you have any questions we are always happy to assist you by phone or email.

Warranty

• If at any time you have a concern with either the workmanship or materials of your product we will be happy to address that.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect of the product.

• If within 90 days your item has damage caused by inferior materials or workmanship we will attempt to repair the item or provide a replacement (some restrictions apply).
